Particularly bad binge
Who would have thought there were so many obstacles as you got older, too many mornings seem to be clouded by hangovers but it is not just alcohol, more often it is sugar. Yesterday was a lovely day but a busy one in which I binged a little too readily on those sugary treats, sugar and carbs, and this morning my hangover is a thumping and I am thinking why, it wasn't even a particularly bad binge.
