Watered down welfare
Collaging together images from the news, or... the consideration that needs being given to the effort should balance the response, but the struggle is not always easy to measure, and the difficulties even if they are visible with verbal and muscular ticks are nothing compared to the days of recovery that are bed bound, but the effort was made and the results were disappointing though not disheartening, perhaps, of these watered down welfare.
