Collaging togerther images from the news, or... an acceptance the government does not have the capacity to step into the situation, they are stalled, and the living conditions must be said to be inhumane with the landslides on the one side and floods on the other there is nowhere to turn to in this time of climate crisis which has intensified with hurricanes hitting hard.  And which is better, a personal account of the dark figures of the percentage of the population affected.  Which will lead you to call for action, to take action yourself.
