Well grounded
In the moment when everything is in the air it may be a call to swift action, take action, take control. But maybe it is not no the call to immediate action. Sure, there are times when it is important to impose your will on others, other things or other people, but there are also times when trying to impose your will will just lean into disaster. And perhaps when everything is up in the air it is better to see how it all lays when everything falls to the ground, for it will fall to the ground, and then take action. Then your action will be well grounded.
