Collaging together images from the news, or... the overuse of restraint in immigration detention and the failure to tackle the toxic culture behind bars shows how the use of force has lost sight of necessity and dignity because of the inconsistently, disproportionately and without justification application of force on hightly vulterable individuals undermining their dignity and welfare.
